RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require a small advance payment for reservations. Your reservation will be finally confirmed only when we have received this payment.

The remaining amount of rent is payable in cash on arrival.

A security deposit is due in cash on arrival and will be returned before departure upon inspection of apartment provided there is no damage.

The cost of repairing any damage or a replacement if repair is not possible will be deducted from the security deposit.

If more people stay in the apartment than announced, there may be an additional charge per person per day, which will be paid on arrival or before departure or deducted from the security deposit.

In case of cancellation of reservation or early departure, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

Guests will leave apartment in the condition in which they found it upon arrival. We will deduct 25 Euros from the security deposit if dirty dishes, food or garbage are left behind or if the apartment requires more than regular cleaning.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out are possible depending on availability.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Guests who disturb neighbors will be asked to leave the apartment.
